Customs:
If you are new immigrant, after you arrived international airport in vancouver,
you need to see immigrant officer first and check in. After that you can take your luggage. Very less people's luggage could be checked.
Pick Up:
If you ask us to pick you up, The charge is 15CAD (4 people VAN).
After you get in lobby, you can call us at 1-(778)855-3711(cell phone) or 1-(604)299-9738(home phone), then get out the lobby and you can see a awning in left side, please wait us there, we will be there about 5 minutes.
If you came from other city of canada, after you got your luggage , please get out of lobby and can see a awning in your right side. Please wait us there.
If you are going to take taxi, please tell our address to driver. (Do not mention "HOTEL" or "MOTEL" since we are Home-Hotel)
